The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has been ordered to conduct a “full-scale, rigorous reexamination” of every green card held by people from 19 countries deemed “of concern,” following the shooting that wounded two National Guard troops. The measure also includes an indefinite suspension of new immigration processing for Afghan nationals.
